Refund Policy

At Video & TV Cast App, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within the specified time period as outlined below.

How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Please check your Device ID displayed on the screen
    You can find your Device ID in the app settings or on the main screen.
  2. Or go to Your billing invoice, get the Invoice No.
    Check your email for the purchase confirmation or invoice that contains your Invoice Number.
  3. Send to us the number via email
    Contact us via email at dev.info@eightkimedia.com with your Device ID or Invoice Number. Please include your reason for requesting a refund.
  4. Wait for processing
    We will review your request and process your refund according to our refund policy terms.

What Happens After a Refund is Processed?

Once a refund is successfully processed:

A. All your data will be deleted from our database.

Upon successful refund processing, all personal data associated with your account and purchase will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our privacy policy.

B. Services will no longer be provided, and you will no longer be able to use the app.

After the refund is processed, your access to premium features and services will be revoked. You will be reverted to the free version of the app, or if applicable, the app may become non-functional depending on the type of purchase refunded.

Important Notice

Don't Forget, the refund will be before 7 days ending!!

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing. Please ensure you submit your refund request with all required information (Device ID or Invoice Number) before the 7-day period expires.
